RETURN POLICY

 

Thank you for your purchase. We hope you are happy with your purchase. However, if you are not completely satisfied with your purchase for any reason, you may return it to us for a full refund, store credit, or an exchange. Please see below for more information on our return policy.

As Lebanese Shopping Center policy, every store that is a part of Lebanese Shopping Center have his own policies for exchange and returns, some items could not be exchanged neither returned depends on store policy and exchange.

 

RETURNS

 

All returns must be postmarked within three (3) days of the purchase date. All returned items must be in new and unused condition, with all original tags and labels attached.

 

RETURN PROCESS

If the item arrives defected to you, please do take a picture directly and contact us by email on info@lebaneseshoppingcenter.com or by Whatsapp on 03953574 so we can help you and check the problem and solve it , we want our customers to be always happy!

To return an item, please email customer service at info@lebaneseshoppingcenter.com to obtain a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) number. After receiving a RMA number, place the item securely in its original packaging and include your proof of purchase, and mail your return to the following address:

Please note, you will be responsible for all return shipping charges. We strongly recommend that you use a trackable method to mail your return. 

REFUNDS

 

After receiving your return and inspecting the condition of your item, we will process your return or exchange. Please allow at least fifteen (15) days from the receipt of your item to process your return or exchange.Refunds may take 1-2 billing cycles to appear on your credit card statement, depending on your credit card company. We will notify you by email when your return has been processed. 

 

EXCEPTIONS    

The following items cannot be returned or exchanged: 

 

  •     innerwear, lingerie, chocolates, flowers, cigars, socks, stockings, tights, software, music album, books, swimwear, gift card, headpiece, hair care products (shampoo, serum, conditioner, masks, gel), eye lashes, eye lenses and eye serums, candle, greeting card, beauty product, customized product,or fragrances.    

For defective or damaged products, please contact us at the customer service number below to arrange a refund or exchange. 

 

Please Note

           

  •        If you have paid through Cash on Delivery, the money will be transferred to your wallet on your Lebanese Shopping Center account within a period of one (1) week from the collection date and subject to the compliance of the returned item to the return conditions. If you choose to receive the return in cash, you can submit a request and collect the cash from Lebanese Shopping Center offices after a period of two (2) weeks following your request.
