How to make Pasta alla Sorrentina

Ingredients
  

  • 2 tbsp Basil Olive Oil
  • 2 cloves garlic
  • 1 bottle BioGarden Premium Tomato Juice
  • 12 pcs sun-dried tomatoes
  • 5 leaves fresh basil
  • Salt & pepper
  • 100 g Creamy Mozzarella
  • 45 g Shredded Parmesan Cheese
  • Pasta

Instructions
 

  • Boil a large pot of salted water and cook pasta until al dente, according to package instructions. Drain and set aside.

  • In a large saucepan, heat the basil olive oil over medium heat and cook the minced garlic until fragrant (about 30 seconds).

  • Add the BioGarden Premium Tomato Juice to the saucepan and let it simmer for 5 minutes.

  • Stir in the rehydrated sun-dried tomatoes, torn basil leaves, salt, and pepper. Let the sauce simmer for an additional 5 minutes.

  • Stir in the melted mozzarella cheese and shredded parmesan cheese until well combined.
    100 g Creamy Mozzarella, 45 g Shredded Parmesan Cheese
