
How to make Pasta alla Sorrentina

- 2 tbsp Basil Olive Oil
- 2 cloves garlic
- 1 bottle BioGarden Premium Tomato Juice
- 12 pcs sun-dried tomatoes
- 5 leaves fresh basil
- Salt & pepper
- 100 g Creamy Mozzarella
- 45 g Shredded Parmesan Cheese

Instructions
- Boil a large pot of salted water and cook pasta until al dente, according to package instructions. Drain and set aside.Pasta
