Shipping Policy
At Spreadly, we deliver across Lebanon to the delivery address indicated in the address listed when placing the order. Delivery takes place Monday to Saturday between 9:00 AM and 6:00 PM. Orders are delivered within 0 to 3 business days from date order is placed.
Delivery dates is dependent on your delivery area:
Central Beirut: Same Day or Second Day Delivery
Around Beirut: Same or Next Day Delivery
Greater Beirut: 2 Business Days
Rest of Lebanon: 2 to 3 Business Days
*Orders placed during high seasons or special sales and events might be subject to delays. No delivery will take place on Sundays or on public holidays where we choose to close.
Spreadly team may contact you at any point during fulfillment and dispatching to inform you of the delivery date and approximate time as well as give you an update.
Refund Policy
We have a 3-days return policy, which means you have 7 days after receiving your item to request a return.
To be eligible for a return, your item must be in the same condition that you received it, unworn or unused, with tags, and in its original packaging. You’ll also need the receipt or proof of purchase.
To start a return, you can contact us at info@spreadly.co or give us a call at 76028189. If your return is accepted, we’ll send you a return shipping label, as well as instructions on how and where to send your package. Items sent back to us without first requesting a return will not be accepted.

We will notify you once we’ve received and inspected your return, and let you know if the refund was approved or not. If approved, you’ll be refunded on your original payment method / or by providing discount codes for next purchase.

Exchanges
The fastest way to ensure you get what you want is to return the item you have, and once the return is accepted, make a separate purchase for the new item.
Return Shipping
In case the return was initiated by the customer due to a mistake by Spreadly or delay in delivery dates prior to those available in the Delivery Policy, then Spreadly will handle the return shipping fees. For other cases, the customer will be responsible for handling the return shipping fees associated with the return request.
