You need to log-in to your account first and then you can edit your account details by entering your account dashboard. If you wish to edit your username or email ID, please contact us on Email.

Can you deliver my items to a country different from the one my account is registered at?

Unfortunately, your items can only be delivered to the country your account is registered at..

What I will do if I forget my password?

Click on the “Forgot your Password” link on the log-in page. You can also contact us by emailing Us and we will be delighted to help you reset your password.

Why is the courier company calling me?

The courier company will call you to arrange a pick-up time for an item sold if you are a seller or to arrange a delivery time if you are a buyer. It is very important that you answer to all such calls and respect the agreed upon times in order to ensure a timely delivery of the items.

I made an order and I still haven’t received it. What I should do?

We assure you that all of your purchases are secure. Delivery usually takes a maximum of 72 hours and we do everything we can to deliver your items within this time frame. You can contact usfor further support.

Why is my items not delivered since I placed the order from 3 days?

Despite our great effort to deliver your items in the shortest time frame possible, unfortunately delays might occur for a number of reasons, and for that we sincerely apologize. We will trace your order to identify the cause of the delay and take effective measures to deliver it to you immediately. What will happens if the item I received is not the item that I ordered?

Please contact us through Our Contact Us Form and we will immediately take action to replace the wrong item as quickly as possible. However, please make sure to keep the item in your hands in the same condition received and with the original package intact.

I received my item but I changed my mind and don’t want it anymore. Can I return it back?

If you’ve already received your order, you have up to 3 days to return it as long as it meets the return policy. If the item is eligible for return, it must be in the same condition received with the original package intact.

Can I return my item after more than 3 days from receiving it?

According to our return policy, you can return your item within three days of receiving your item as long as it meets the return conditions. In case you decided to return your item after the three days have passed and there is nothing faulty in the item, we can contact the seller on your behalf to try and arrange for such a return, however please note that some sellers do not accept a product back under these circumstances.

My item is damaged. Can I return it or get a replacement?

If your item is damaged or is not working as it is supposed to, please us and will provide you with the steps to proceed with fixing or returning the item depending on your particular case and based on our return policy.

Do I get a full refund for a returned itme?

If you returned the item because of a defect, you will get a full refund without includes the shipping fees. 
In case you paid for your purchase electronically, the amount will be refunded to your card. However, bear in mind that the amount may take time to reflect in your card statement, depending on your card provider.(Soon for payment online)
If you have paid through Cash on Delivery, the money will be transferred to your wallet on your Lebanese Shopping Center account. If you choose to receive the return in cash, you can submit a request and collect the cash after a period of 2 weeks following your request from our offices.

Can I replace an item?

At the moment we do not offer replacements. Please check our Return Policy for more information. 

I have a complaint on a seller. How can I get response?

You can file a complaint against the seller by contacting us. All sellers on our site are bound to respond to their customers’ inquiries by there agreement on Vendor Terms and Conditions.

I am not satisfied on how the seller handled my complaint. What do I do in this case?

Your complete satisfaction is our primary goal. If you are unsatisfied with how a seller handled your issue, you can always contact us to discuss your concern. We are here for you.

How can I shop using a Gift Card?

1. Login or create your free account on our site.
2. Go to “My Account” next to your name and click on the “Gift Card” tab”
3. Enter your Gift Card code and click “Add Gift Card”
4. Once you have shopped for your items, your gift card balance can be selected as a payment method during the checkout process.
Alternatively, you can enter the Gift Card code during checkout.
Note: If your order total is more than your gift card funds, the extra amount can be paid by other available payment methods.
If your order total is less than your gift card funds the remaining amount can be used for future orders provided that it is within the card validity date.

How can I use Coupon Code?

1. Login or create your free account on our site.
2. Shop for qualifying products by adding them to your Shopping Cart.
3. Once you are ready to complete the purchase, click on “Cart” at the top right corner of the website and then click “View Cart”
4. Under the products listed, enter your Coupon Code in the “Coupon Code” Field and click “Apply”. The savings will be deducted from your order total.
5. Click “Proceed to Checkout” to complete your purchase.
